For over 40 years, Mission Viejo residents Joan and Don Rootens have served Orange County's luggage needs. Now with their son Steven, who runs day-to-day operations, the Rootens are looking to expand their business by not only selling luggage, but by teaching people how to maximize their packing efforts.
